LSM Hosts Exclusive Irish Event Showcasing Innovative Waste Management Solutions

News

Last month, LSM in partnership with partners Ulster Shredders and wheel.me hosted an exclusive Irish event at the Heritage Hotel in Killenard, Co. Laois. The event provided attendees, including representatives from some of Ireland’s leading recycling and waste management companies, with the opportunity to explore the latest innovations in waste management technology through live demonstrations and expert insights.

Taking place just before LSM’s 3-day Global Distributor Summit, which welcomed over 40 attendees from around the world, the Irish event introduced several cutting-edge waste management solutions. These included LSM’s Composter, Roller Crush, and the Autonomous Carting System developed in partnership with wheel.me. Each of these machines is designed to improve efficiency and sustainability in waste processing.

In addition to the demonstrations, the event provided a valuable networking platform for leaders in waste management operations, where attendees could engage with industry experts, discuss trends, and enjoyed a complimentary lunch.

“We’re thrilled with the interest and engagement we received at the event,” said Eoin Brislane, National Sales Manager at LSM. “The combination of innovative solutions and industry expertise is driving real change in waste management in Ireland, and we’re excited to be at the forefront.”

LSM’s key partners played an essential role in the Irish event’s success

  • Ulster Shredders, renowned for designing and manufacturing bespoke industrial shredders, showcased their innovative shredding systems. These solutions, both static and mobile, cater to a wide variety of industries, from confidential destruction to volume reduction.

  • wheel.me, a Norwegian robotics company, demonstrated their revolutionary autonomous wheels, which enable businesses to automate their intralogistics. Their technology transforms legacy equipment into autonomous mobile robots, simplifying internal logistics operations.

For those unable to attend, LSM is offering factory tours at their Ballymacken facility, located just outside Portlaoise. The factory, at the heart of LSM’s innovation, is where these ground-breaking technologies are developed and manufactured. To learn more or to arrange a visit, head to www.lsmbalers.ie/contact/
