Online Orders & Sales
Orders placed through the LSM online store are subject to product availability and acceptance by LSM. Prices, applicable VAT and delivery charges will be displayed during the ordering and checkout process.
Customers may pay for online orders using the payment methods made available at checkout. Card payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. LSM does not store customers’ full card details.
Approved LSM account customers may also be provided with the option to place orders on their existing credit account. This payment option is available only to customers who have been approved by LSM and is subject to the credit terms and payment terms agreed for that customer’s account. Invoices issued for such orders must be paid in accordance with those agreed terms. LSM reserves the right to withdraw or suspend credit facilities where appropriate.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information supplied when placing an order, including billing details, delivery address, contact information and any Purchase Order number, is complete and accurate.
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown during checkout. We will make reasonable efforts to process and dispatch orders promptly. Any delivery dates or times provided are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Where the purchaser is acting as a consumer, nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects any statutory rights available under applicable Irish consumer law, including rights relating to faulty goods, cancellations, returns and refunds. Where a statutory right of cancellation applies to an online purchase, the customer may exercise that right within the applicable statutory period, subject to any exclusions provided by law.
Business customers purchasing goods in the course of their trade, business or profession may be subject to separate agreed commercial or credit terms with LSM. Where separately agreed written terms apply to a business customer’s account or order, those terms will apply in conjunction with these Terms & Conditions and, in the event of a conflict, the separately agreed terms will take precedence to the extent permitted by law.
If an order cannot be fulfilled, or if an error is identified in the price, availability or description of a product, LSM will contact the customer as soon as reasonably practicable and, where payment has already been received and the order cannot be fulfilled, arrange an appropriate refund.
